Welcome! This is the website of version 2.0 of TeacherGAIA (pronounced as “teacher ga-ya”). It is powered by the most recent generative AI (GAI) engine, GPT-4 and GPT-4o, for use by teachers to promote student self-directed learning and self-assessment. Useful features include:

• Use different chatbot types to support diverse ways to learn
• Prompt playground for teachers to engineer customized prompts
• Document chat via retrieval-augmented generation
• Review and save student chat history
• Managed access for safe K-12 usage
